Krista is a passionate advocate for the well-being of women. With over a decade of experience focusing on the mental health of adolescent girls and families, Krista is the founder of Set Your Mind Counseling and Girl Above, a local non-profit dedicated to enhancing the emotional wellness of teen girls and their parents. As a counselor, Krista channels her unique blend of expertise and passion into therapy, inspired by her time as a high school and middle school teacher and dance coach. A deep understanding of the profound need for connection and support among women of all ages fuels her journey. Krista’s impact extends to facilitating transformative therapy groups for adolescent girls and adult women, where she nurtures confidence and empowers individuals to calm the chaos within.
