Job Summary:
The Middle School Pastor is instrumental in shaping the spiritual journey of middle school students from grades 6th to 8th. Their leadership guides these students through pivotal years, fostering growth, alignment with the church’s vision, and meaningful relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leads, trains, and empowers middle school serve teams.
• Works with the Kids Ministry Pastor and High School Pastor to create seamless transitions.
• Works to achieve the goals of family ministry.
• Ensures all student programs resonate with the church’s mission, vision, and ethos.
• Collaborates with the Family Ministry Pastor in nurturing connections with the community.
• Intentionally fosters student relationships.
• Contributes as a teaching resource to the Ministry Teaching team.
• Assists in orchestrating Student Ministry events.

Total compensation is $73,000 —$85,000 per year.

Job Summary:
The Ministry Assistant plays an essential role in facilitating the administrative needs of their assigned Ministry Teams at
the Lone Tree location. This role serves as the primary administrative aid, streamlining all facets of ministry processes to
ensure the vision of Journey Church is executed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assists weekly with the smooth execution of Sunday services at the location.
• Champions the Lone Tree Location Serve Team ministries.
• Collaborates with the Location Pastor to connect and follow up with location attendees
• Manages the Ministry calendar of events in the church database.
• Attends monthly staff meetings, Ministry Assistant Team Meetings, and other required gatherings.

Total compensation is $48,000 —$58,000 per year.
