Job Summary:
The MS Ministry Assistant plays an essential role in facilitating the administrative needs of the Middle School Ministry Team. This role serves as the primary administrative aid, streamlining all facets of ministry processes to ensure the vision of Journey Church is executed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assists the Middle School team in managing the church database.
• Assists in the oversight of the Middle School calendar.
• Coordinates and manages all events for the Middle School Ministry.
• Assists all serve team members, paid-staff and ministry residents.
• Attends monthly staff meetings, Ministry Assistant Team Meetings, and other required gatherings.

Total compensation is $48,000 —$58,000 per year.

Job Summary:
The full-time Kids Coordinator coordinates and assists with all Journey Kids Ministry programming for kids ages birth to 5th grade and their families to help fulfill the mission of Journey Church.

Key Responsibilities:

• On-site for all Sunday Kids Ministry programming. Assists with the coordination and spiritual development of all Journey Kids participants.
• Collaborates with the Kids Ministry Team to ensure the culture of the Kids Ministry is healthy, fun, Biblically sound, and life-giving for all participants.
• Coordinates with the Kids Team to prepare and implement weekly Kids Ministry programming and curriculum.
• Responsible for recruiting, onboarding, equipping, and training all Kids Serve Team Members.

Total compensation is $53,000 – $63,000 per year.
