Purpose of Role:
The Student Director is instrumental in shaping the spiritual journey of middle and high school students from grades 6th to 12th at the Journey Parker location. Their leadership guides these students through pivotal years, fostering growth, alignment with the church’s vision, and meaningful relationships.
Primary Tasks:
- Leads, trains, and empowers serve teams dedicated to discipleship for middle and high school students.
- Works with the Kids Ministry Pastor and Student Ministry Pastor to create seamless transitions for students and families from Kids Ministry to Student Ministry.
- Works synergistically to achieve the goals of family ministry as a whole.
- Ensures all student programs resonate with the church’s mission, vision, and ethos, emphasizing discipleship growth.
- Collaborates with the Student Ministry Pastor in nurturing connections with community stakeholders such as schools and organizations for maximum ministry impact.
Total compensation range is $50,000—$70,000 per year. Applications will be accepted through February 28, 2026.
