Growth Track is your first step into the life of Journey Church. It’s a simple, welcoming pathway designed to help you connect with our heart, our people, and our mission.
Through three intentional environments — Step 1 Explore, Step 2 Serve, and Step 3 Group — you’ll discover who we are, uncover your God-given purpose, build meaningful relationships, and grow spiritually by making a difference with your life.
This is your introduction to the heart, vision, and culture of Journey. In this 75-minute class, we’ll walk you through our beliefs, the direction we are going as a church, and how we handle things like finances and membership (though joining isn’t required to attend). You’ll also enjoy a meal on us and meet some of our key staff. Step 1 typically occurs on the first Sunday of the month, and childcare is provided.
This is your opportunity to discover your unique gifts and passions, and find the perfect place to serve on our Journey Serve Team. In this 90-minute class, we’ll help you understand your God-given purpose and how you can make a difference in our church and community. You’ll take personal assessments, enjoy a meal, and meet our Serve Team ministry leaders. Step 2 typically happens on the third Sunday of the month, and childcare is provided.
This is a 6-week experience designed to help you build meaningful relationships and grow spiritually through a small group environment. You’ll have the chance to connect with others, dive into the core values of Christian living, and learn about the culture and DNA that makes Journey Church unique. Step 3 happens multiple times throughout the year, and childcare is provided for participating families.
