Journey Church is excited to partner with the Help and Hope Center, SECOR’s Free Food Market, & Manna Ministries for our Community Giveback. This event will take place over two key dates: April 27 and May 4.

April 27 – Mobilization Pick-Up Day
On Sunday, April 27, tents will be set up at the church locations. At these tents, people can pick up donation boxes/paper bags and supply lists. The supply lists will include all the specific items the organizations are requesting.

Throughout the following week, participants can fill their boxes/bags with those supplies and then return them to the church location you picked them up from on Saturday, May 4.

May 4 – Collection Drop Off Day
During our weekend services on May 4, please return your filled donation box/bag to the same church location where you originally picked it up. From there, all donations will be loaded and transported to their organizations.

Please note: We are unable to accept any donations after 1:00 PM on May 4. After that time, we encourage anyone still wanting to give to take their donations directly to the organizations or another local foundation of their choosing.

FAQs
Can I bring donations the week before Collection Sunday?
Since our Parker and Lone Tree locations aren’t open during the week, the only location that will accept donations the week before Collection Sunday is Castle Pines. We would prefer that you bring donations on Collection Sunday, but if you are unable to, please drop off donations from the supply list that corresponds with the partner organization Castle Pines is specifically working with.

Can I bring donations after Collection Sunday?
Please DO NOT bring any donations to the Journey locations after Collection Sunday (May 4th). However, you are more than welcome to drop off any donations you aren’t able to bring to Journey on Collection Sunday directly to the non-profit organization.

If there are three organizations that have three different donation supply lists, which list should I obtain?
The goal is that each Journey location is collecting donation supplies for their specific community partner organization. We would recommend obtaining the list from the Journey location you attend.

Are all Journey locations collecting donations for the same non-profit organization?
No. Each Journey location has a specific organization they have chosen to partner with. The goal is that each Journey location is supporting a local organization in their own area.
