As a group, read through Matthew 5:21-26
- What is the most ridiculous thing you got angry about this past week? When you do get angry, do you tend to be a spewer or a stewer?
Read James 4:1-2
- Many times our anger points back to the fact that we are not getting what we want. Is there a situation or area of your life where you are letting your anger control you? What does anger do to our relationship with others, and with God?
- When God reveals areas of our lives that we can grow in, we have the opportunity to put it into action. Is there anyone you need to reconcile with? Is there a situation or relationship that you want to handle differently knowing what Jesus says about anger and reconciliation?
