Life Together Should be Fun

Following God is a crazy, fun adventure. Here at Journey Students, we firmly believe in the power of fun to facilitate relationships, bring people together, and introduce others to God. As a result, we plan a number of incredibly awesome events and retreats throughout the year. We’re just like you. Real students living real life. We’re just seeking to get to know God a little bit better today than we did yesterday and to live like He would. We’re a community, a family, a tribe, a safe place to come and be known.

Midweek

Get ready for Journey Students MID-WEEK for Middle School and High School! This will be a great time to be together, have fun, grow in our faith, and participate in small groups. We simply want to offer our students the opportunity to know God, who they are in Christ, and live life with other believers. We can’t wait to see you!

We will be adhering to all safety and health guidelines. The building will be sanitized before and after our service to ensure a clean environment for our students. Masks will be required while in the building.

Senior Sunday

Senior Sunday is a time when we as a church recognize this year’s graduating high school seniors. We believe in the next generation and we would like to honor each graduate and pray over them before they transition to whatever God has for them next. They will be recognized in each service but don’t feel like your family has to attend all three. At 6:00 pm we would like to invite each graduate and his or her family to a banquet hosted at church. This will be a time to come together for dinner and celebrate this year’s graduating class. We hope you can attend. We are so excited for the class of 2021.

Baptism

Baptism is an outward expression of an inward change. It’s a public declaration of how Jesus changed your life. Being baptized shows others that you’ve decided to follow Jesus, and allows them to celebrate this decision with you (Acts 16:31-34).
