This request form is to be used by those NOT affiliated with Journey Church.
Journey Church would love to host your event, but to meet the needs of a variety of people and events, we need to gather information so we can plan accordingly. The following form will allow us to have the resources that you need ready in time for your event.
Once your form is submitted, our Facilities Coordinator will contact you to review your request and clarify any questions as well as to discuss fees for using the building.
